Location and Surrounding Area
Located near the centre of Marina del Cantone, this elegant seven-bedroom villa is the perfect getaway for a relaxing break on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. With a spectacular cliff-top setting facing the imposing Mount Vesuvius across the glittering Bay of Naples, it is no wonder the Amalfi Coast is a must-visit destination on everyone’s bucket list. The ancient centre of Sorrento is laid out on a Roman grid of narrow lanes, now lined with restaurants and shops selling lemon-themed souvenirs.

But away from the well-worn paths are little-explored nooks and crannies. The vaulted Sedile Dominova, once a meeting space for aristocracy, is now a working-men’s club where old-timers while away afternoons playing cards. Then there are traditional greengrocers and haberdashers huddled behind wooden shop fronts, the medieval palaces along Via Pietà, the magnificent courtyard of Palazzo Correale, and artisan workshops producing the same wood intarsia for which the town became famous in the 18th century.

If Sorrento becomes too crowded, the laid-back town of Vico Equense, perched on a sheer tufa cliff just along the coast, makes an attractive base. Beachgoers tend to head for the small pockets of sand tucked into coves at Marina di Vico and Marina d'Aequa, walkers tackle the old footpath to Positano, clinging to the cliffs along the Amalfi coastline, and culture enthusiasts hop on the Circumvesuviana train to explore the ancient sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius.

The sight of Positano from a distance is breathtaking. Colour is everywhere, reflecting on the tranquil sea, the silvery pebbled beach, and the gleaming majolica-domed church of Santa Maria Assunta. The houses, built up from the waterside and accessible to one another via an endless array of steep stairs, boast pale sorbet colours. In summer, when the serried ranks of sunbeds fill up quickly, take a boat to explore the many small coves along the coast.

Facing the sun and the sea, Property 10728 is a modern and luminous three-level villa with minimal-style décor, occupying a panoramic position overlooking the Bay of Marina del Cantone. With an exceptional swimming pool and two panoramic sun-kissed terraces offering spectacular views of the sea, this elegant villa provides an impressive sense of comfort. Property 10728 can accommodate up to fourteen guests, featuring seven double bedrooms spread over three levels.

With generous terraces overlooking the sea, this magnificent villa boasts an exceptional oval pool and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa features al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socialising. Providing a calm atmosphere, the outdoor area is an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation.

Flooded with light, the ground level of the villa boasts a spacious living room complete with a corner bar and ice maker. On the same floor, you will also find a generous dining area with a large table, and a bright living room with large windows offering direct access to the panoramic terrace. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the terrace is furnished with comfortable deckchairs and a large ceramic table. The ground level also houses a bright open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom.

Providing modern comfort and plenty of natural light, the first level houses two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, and one generous double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub. On the second level, you will find four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, while the other two are located on the garden side. A lift connects each floor, making the villa ideal for guests with mobility impairments. Alternatively, you can use the beautiful wooden staircase. An external stone staircase leads up to the terrace where the pool is located, and further to the rooftop terrace, where the sundeck is situated.
